Hinal is enrolled in the Food Science and Technology program at Centennial College. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, she is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH team with researching and developing shelf-life models for sauces and dressings. As a result, she is enabled to learn more about the technology for the shelf-life of food and gaining a better understanding of the AI technology involved. Through her internship at WIMTACH is enabled to learn more about teamwork, and management skills. In her free time, she enjoys reading and working out.
