Ma. Catherine Santos is enrolled in the Project Management – Organizational Strategy program at Centennial College. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, she is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH research team with leveraging process improvements, and the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline operations processes, providing insights, and craft highly personalized outreach tailored to specific segments. Her internship at WIMTACH has enhanced her understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on web development and analytics. Additionally, she has honed project management, planning, execution, team coordination, and problem solving skills. She has also been enabled to improve her communication skills and adaptability to different team situations to learn how to develop creative solutions to challenges. In her free time, she likes to read, visit new places, and learn about the latest marketing tools and techniques.
