Mehdi is enrolled in the Advanced Biotechnology program at Centennial College. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, he is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH team with conducting comprehensive literature surveys in the field of food technology and assisting with shelf-life modeling. Through his studies at Centennial College and his internship at WIMTACH, Mehdi has developed technical skills in microbiology, food technology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. His internship at WIMTACH has enabled him to enhance his team working and communication skills through collaborative projects, as well as improving his problem-solving and time management abilities. In his free time, he enjoys taking pictures of cars, gaming, and cooking.
