Ashish is enrolled in the Electronics Engineering Technology program at Centennial College. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, he is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH research team with investigating contemporary and emerging technologies utilized in ECG fabric-based sensors, outlining a development process for ECG electrodes, as well as creating presentations for weekly scrum meetings. His internship at WIMTACH has enabled him to develop strong research skills and he has also enhanced his circuit designing, testing and troubleshooting skills. Through his involvement in project meetings, he has improved his communication skills. He is also learning to manage various tasks and responsibilities within time constraints to support the project's progress. In his free time he enjoys playing outdoor sports, going to tech conventions and hiking.
