Ninghua is enrolled in Centennial College’s Software Engineering Technology program. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, he is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH research team with building and deploying a website for an Artificial Intelligence and accessibility-focused project. His roles include full-stack development, cloud deployment, and conducting academic literature searches in AI, HCI and accessibility. His internship has enabled him to develop skills in software and web development, including various languages, frameworks and deploy solutions. He has also gained hands-on experience in real-world project environments, enhanced his programming skills, and learned about how to apply AI models. He is also improving upon his ability to collaborate in a team, his communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills. In his free time, he enjoys football, watching sports events, and playing video games.
