Mohana is enrolled in the Software Engineering and Technology-Artificial Intelligence program at Centennial College. As a Student Researcher at WIMTACH, she is responsible for assisting the WIMTACH team with designing and developing reliable and scalable backend APIs for WIMTACH projects. Her internship at WIMTACH has enabled her to hone her skills in backend development, programming languages such as C#, Python, and Rust. Additionally, she is honing her API designing skills, her team working and communication skills, effective documentation practices, and gaining a deep understanding of system architecture and cross-functional collaboration within agile development methodologies. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, hiking, and volunteering in local community services.
